Required Supplies:
Notions
□ Add a Quarter Ruler Plus by CM Designs
□ Printer paper, or your preferred FPP paper
(newsprint, vellum, etc.)
□ Roll-n-Press or other seam pressing tool
□ Optional: washable glue stick
□ Optional: 18” rod or dowel to hang quilt.
7/16” or 5/8” diameter.
Fabric (use quilting cotton for all fabrics)
□ ¼ yard of white for envelope. This is sufficient for the optional pocket, as well.
□ 1/3 yard of dark red for outer borders, stripe accents, and hearts. For a scrappy
look, use 1/8 yard of four or more fabrics.
□ 1/8 yard of medium red for stripe accents and corner hearts.
□ 1/8 yard of light red for stripe accents and corner hearts.
□ 1/8 yard of fabric printed with handwriting or typewriting.
□ 1/8 yard of beige for stripe accents and corner heart backgrounds.
□ 1/8 yard of binding fabric of your choice (assumes 2-1/4” or 2” binding strips cut
on the grain).
